We love your orders and we take them seriously.

We want you to have a memorable experience at every stage from browsing the site, to ordering to finally receiving the product that will win your adoration for many years. If you need us to improve in any way or have suggestions and feedback, please leave us a message.

We currently ship only to United States, Peurto Rico and Canada. At the moment we are not shipping to other international locations. Product usually ships in 3-4 business days after receipt of order.

ORDERING

From the time you order, it takes roughly 3 – 4 business days for completing production and getting it ready for shipment. After that it takes 3 – 7 days for standard shipping.

The day your order is received is considered day zero. It takes minimum three days thereafter to produce the canvas and have it ready for shipment. Please note that orders placed over weekend will be considered as order received on Monday.

The discounts are automatically applied according to a preset calculation when you order more quantities. Currently discounts apply when you order more than 5 items. The discounts are clearly shown in the overall calculations.

You can pay by credit card (Visa or Master Card) or through Paypal. The moment your order is successfully processed, your card will be charged.

Email Support at [email protected] within 24 hours after placing the order and let us know of the change of shipping address for us to do the needful.

SHIPPING

Currently our arrangement allows us to ship only to the United States, Puerto Rico and Canada.

We are definitely exploring possibilities to ship to other international locations, but not immediately. We realize that shipments outside USA may incur customs fees which could vary according to country. We are evaluating and assessing all the aspects of shipping to different international destinations.

We use UPS for all shipments and charge standard rates as charged by UPS.

Standard mode of shipping is UPS-Ground.

You will see the shipping rates separately disclosed and shown in the shopping cart. You can see the shipping rates added to your overall cost and you can evaluate before deciding to place an order.

Standard mode of shipping is UPS Ground. UPS Ground transit times vary from 1 day to 6 days depending on the destinations. Click here to see a visual map with approximate UPS ground transit times for various states in the U.S. Also, UPS services are used only during working days and they do not extend to us a weekend or holiday delivery service.

No. Unfortunately we cannot ship to a P.O.Box or A.P.O box address.

All production is scheduled and queued. At the existing capacity, it will be hard to quicken the production cycle shorter than the 3-4 days currently committed. However shipping times can be expedited by using UPS next day option or 2-day air option, but they will increase overall costs and hence we have currently kept these options outside our offering.

We will email the tracking number once your order has been shipped with UPS. You can also see the tracking number from our website once you login to your account.

PRODUCT

Only premium quality materials are used, be it the canvas or the ink or the frame or any other component in the overall workmanship. The canvas used is a high quality genuine artist canvas. Also printing is done using pigment inks with 8 color inkjet which provides for vibrant color reproduction and exceptional fade resistance.

Every canvas print is coated with a layer of clear acrylic as an additional protective layer for improved scratch resistance and to protect against cracking, flaking or forming bubbles.

Covered. The canvas back is covered with a nice sturdy board giving it a neat professional look, unlike an open back where the staples are seen. Also it’s ready to hang as it comes per-installed with hanging hardware.

We selected 3 standard sizes based on popular usage. A few other sizes are also available for printing. Contact us if you need other sizes.

Not at the moment, but who knows…we may come with other ideas, so stay tuned.

We think allowing the design to wrap around the border gives it a much better look than simply having the image on the face of the canvas with a solid color on the border. But if you prefer it that way, please contact us and we can do the needful.

PRODUCT CARE & USE

As the canvas material is a made of fabric, it has a tendency to shrink or expand when there is a significant change in temperature or humidity. It is preferable if the canvas print is not hung in a bathroom or placed directly over a heat source.

Although the canvas print is coated with a protective layer of acrylic coating, it is better if the canvas is not left outdoors, exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time. Also while the coating used is water-resistant it is not 100% water proof.

Use a soft duster to clean the canvas. You can also use a mild damp cloth to clean the canvas face.

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be 100% happy with the product you bought. We definitely do not want any of our customers to be unhappy for any reason.

If you find any defect with the workmanship or quality of materials used to produce the canvas wrap or found the piece damaged upon arrival, please inform us of the defect within 7 days after receiving the product. Hold on to the packaging, take pictures that show the damage or highlight the issue you are having with the product. Write to us at [email protected] and tell us what is that you are not happy with and send us the pictures supporting your claim. We will then work with our printer factory to arrange to reprint it for you and send you an alternative piece.

No returns or refunds can be offered if you find flaws with the image resolution or have an issue with the artwork, layout, design, color or other subjective attributes.

Everything we make is custom produced on demand and once an order is scheduled for printing and queued, it becomes disruptive to stop the production and cancel the work. So please carefully evaluate before placing an order. If you still must definitely get a refund, due to some mistake, then please urgently get in touch with us within 8 hours before the order is queued and scheduled in the production line. All refunds will be evaluated on a case to case basis depending on whether the order is already queued in the production line in which case it will be difficult to halt the work.
