Complaining is a quality conditioned into our minds from childhood.  When we were young we were complaining to our parents, teachers and friends.  Growing up, we continue to complain about many things we see around us that we are displeased or discontented with.  Complaining becomes an emotional outlet to something we disagree with.  People often complain about trivial things when they are internally agitated with a lot of other issues  I have seen this in my work life and in business.  That's why I wanted to do this poster on 'Complain'.  Ultimately we all need to cultivate the mindset to accept that there are roses in a thorn-bush instead of complaining that the rose-bush is full of thorns.
