Motivation behind this

Generally, we receive praise in recognition for doing something well.  To sustain the praise we need to surpass the previous expectation.  By doing something well that has deserved a praise, we have already set the baseline for recognition.  So to get the praise again, we have to perform even better than before.

In the word 'Praise' the word 'Raise' stood out for me.  It was communicating to me something different.  The raise in expectation seems to be in-built into the word praise, as I saw it.  That's what got me to work my thought process to create this poster.
