Motivation behind this

We never realize the value of what is given to us, until we lose it.  Good health is a blessing and often taken for granted until health issues start surfacing.  In my early thirties, I got a wake up call on my health issue, which up until then I had never been bothered about.  I led a busy life at Corporate, eating greasy food, not exercising enough, missing sleep for conference calls, chasing numbers and targets quarter after quarter.  Then the health issue exploded at a time when I was least ready for it.  But it changed my thinking for ever.  Thankfully I stopped running around for things that don't matter and now only run for staying healthy.  I wanted this message to be presented interestingly, hence came up with this poster.  Hope it reminds you that 'health always comes first' before wealth.
