Motivation behind this

A lot of first time entrepreneurs would hold their ideas close to their chest.  Sometimes they will insist on signing an NDA for disclosing their business idea.  I was not an exception to this mindset when I started my first venture.  But over the years I have realized that ultimately what matters is excellence in execution.  Great business ideas can fail with poor execution and not so great business ideas can succeed with good execution.  The real value of an enterprise lies in execution more than the idea.  Be it Subway or Starbucks, they have shown that simple ideas when executed well can become multi million dollar businesses.  Excellence is execution is what makes the real difference to business success.
