There are 2 types of hard work.  One is physically strenuous work and therefor hard to do.  Another is work that looks hard to do because one is not having a natural ability or technical capability to do the work.  It is hard work for someone to paint, play the violin, run a marathon or do a surgery, when they don't have the needed skill, ability or aptitude.  But for a painter, long hours of painting could be a joyful experience.  So is true for a musician, or a surgeon or a sports person.  When we embark on a work with the “knowledge to do it” and do it happily, then work becomes 'labor of love'.  This thought inspired me to conceive this poster and represent Hard work as 'Happily achieving results diligently working on right knowledge'.
