I thought 'Humble' is a good theme to make a poster on.  I picked up a peacock image with its feathers down to represent humility.  The feathers could be opened up in all glory for display, but still there is beauty in the peacock even when the feathers are not open.  As someone said, modesty is the art of encouraging people to find out for themselves how wonderful you are.

A lot of us would like to project self confidence as a virtue much more than humility.  We wrongly assume that self confidence conveys strength while humility conveys weakness.  Being humble is not a weakness.  A lot of very successful people and many great leaders we admire, have risen in stature by staying humble.  To be humble requires high self esteem, a strong mental resolve to keep the ego out and establish a balanced position, where you neither think too much, nor too little about yourself.
