Motivation behind this

I have seen real examples of ordinary people who have become rich by investing in properties at the right time.  I know of a person who started his career from humble beginnings as a painting contractor who eventually rose to great heights becoming a property tycoon owning hundreds of properties in the city I live now.  I was inspired by his success when making this poster.  For many people, property is the biggest investment in their lifetime and the equity in property often rises over the years.  That is why I feel property and prosperity are linked.  By the way, I loved making this poster.
