Motivation behind this

It takes time to build a ship, but it can quickly sink if tiny leaks causing water to seep in is not attended on time.  Similarly it takes time to build and nurture good relationships but when tiny leaks of negative emotions such as anger seep in, it can also affect relationships.  I found this comparison intriguing and inspiring because of the interesting placement of the word 'ship' in 'relationship'.  I thought this is a good message to communicate and remind ourselves that we need to manage relationships to keep it sailing without sinking.  I hope you like this poster.
