Motivation behind this

It is natural for everyone to desire that they must continuously move up in life, reaching new levels in their career, profession, business, income etc.  If you are climbing the same mountain, then to go up, all you need to do is to keep climbing.  But if you must climb a different mountain and reach a new peak, you must first be willing to come down from where you are and climb up again.  This is hard to accept, but necessary to do.  Many entrepreneurs have failed in one venture, and succeeded in another.  Many talented musicians, artists, actors, sports people have gone through “down hill experience” before rising up again.  Climbing down is not necessarily a “bad experience” to avoid.  As long as the goal is clear and the will is strong, the climb down is necessary and useful as it builds extra ordinary resilience and resolve to reach greater heights.  I have been through this experience and have drawn strength from this thought.
