Motivation behind this

I am sure all of us have faced set backs sometime or the other.  We cannot avoid set backs.  Setbacks are frustrating and often rob our enthusiasm to move on.  But setbacks should never be seen as permanent.  Sometimes early setbacks are very useful as warning signs.  They indicate to us that something needs fixing before moving on.  They force us to rethink our original plans and come up with new ways to succeed.  Every successful business we know today would have had their share of setbacks in their early years.  I came up with this poster because the message very well resonates with me and is validated with my personal experience.  I am sure many of you out there will agree with the sentiment expressed here.
