Motivation behind this

This poster's inspiration is from one of the New Year messages I had sent out to my friends many years ago.  When embarking on new initiatives or contemplating new actions, many of us are pulled apart by two opposing emotions; one is fear another is desire.  Fearful thoughts such as what if this does not work, what if this goes wrong, what if I lose my money, what if this fails, what if this affects family and such negative thoughts prevent us from taking desirable actions.  Sometimes the fears are real and sometimes they are unfounded.  To move beyond fear, the will to succeed must be stronger than the fear.  One must have a very compelling desire with a strong resolve and determination to succeed despite the fear.  When the will to succeed gets past the fear, then there is break through in our thinking propelling us to take positive actions.
